Bad packaging
I ordered this mug and 2 others...of the 3, 2 arrived broken. They came from a third party and were packaged poorly. I contacted The New England Store and they said they would replace the 2 broken ones. The new package arrived and this one was broken again...poor packaging again. The third time was a charm, but it was a Christmas present and only just arrived in time.
